Hartford, Connecticut: Alex Carder completed 23 of 32 passes for 232 yards and 2 touchdowns, as the Pittsburgh Ironmen hammered the Hartford Sentinels 31-7 Saturday at Rentschuler Stadium in Storrs. Carder also ran 6 times for 15 yards and a score.
Tyler Gaffney ran for 122 yards and a score on 25 carries, plus 3 receptions for 13 yards. Luke Wilson had 7 receptions for 94 yards and a touchdown. While Eric Rodgers caught 6 passes for 57 yards. Brandon Banks also had a touchdown reception in the win.
Mike Hull lead the Ironmen defensive attack with 10 tackles and a stuff. Terrance Taylor recorded 5 tackles, a forced fumble and a sack.

Oakland, California: The Oakland Renegades made their home opening debut Saturday at Oakland Alameda Coliseum before 34,422 fans. And did not disappoint.
Vad Lee threw for 254 yards and 2 touchdowns with one sack as the Renegades knocked off the Portland Pioneers 21-17. Lee finished completing 17 of 27 passes on the day.
