Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania: Nick Arbuckle threw for five touchdowns as the Los Angeles Stars crushed the Pittsburgh Forge 41-17 at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh Friday night before 27,100.
Nick Arbuckle completed 19 of 22 passes for 237 yards and 5 touchdowns and a interception. He also ran 6 times for 24 yards.
Josh Adams rushed for 48 yards and a touchdown. EJ Bibbs caught 7 passes for 61 yards and a touchdown, Tobias Palmer had 4 receptions for 50 yards and 2 touchdowns and Jacob Hollister had 4 catches for 82 yards and 2 scores.
Kwon Alexander recorded a sack, a forced fumble and 9 tackles, Kenny Bigelow had 2 sacks, a forced fumble and 3 tackles. Za'Darius Smith add 2 sacks in the win for L.A. ( 5-5 ).
James Franklin led the Forge, completing 21 of 29 passes for 257 yards and a touchdown with an interception and rushed for 26 yards on 7 carries.
Andre Ellington ran 13 times for 60 yards and a touchdown. L'Damian Washington had 8 receptions for 81 yards and a touchdown and Keelan Cole caught 3 passes for 63 yards.
Daniel Wise had a sack, a forced fumble and 2 tackles, Marquestion Huff recorded 9 tackles and Brandian Ross had a interception as the Forge fall to 3-8 on the year.
