AFFA Saturday Results (4-5-2018)
(6-5) Dallas Outlaws - 47 (3-8) Georgia Generals - 33
Dallas, Texas ; Mike Reilly completed 24 of 30 passes for 352 yards and 5 touchdowns as the Dallas Outlaws defeated the Georgia Generals 47-33 Saturday at Gerald J Ford Stadium in Dallas.
Ben Tate ran for 70 yards on 18 carries. Brandon Whitaker ran 11 times for 22 yards and a score . Jasper Collins caught 9 passes for 146 yards and 3 touchdowns . Wes Saxton had 8 receptions for 77 yards and a score . Bud Sasser caught 2 passes for 51 yards and a touchdown . Justin Medlock went 2 for 2 on field goal attempts. BJ Goodson had 8 tackles to lead the defense . Miles Burris had 7 tackles , 2 stuffs and a forced fumble for the Outlaws who improved to 6-5.
Colin Kaepernick returned as starter for the Generals, completing 17 of 22 passes for 213 yards and a touchdown . He was sacked once.
Tyler Ervin rushed for 80 yards and 3 touchdowns on 14 carries, plus caught 5 passes for 54 yards and a score. Chevon Walker ran for a touchdown while rushing for 49 yards on 12 carries, and had 6 receptions for 47 yards. Jordan Williams caught 5 passes for 103 yards as the Generals fall to 3-8.
(9-2) Miami Sharks - 37 (4-7) Birmingham Barbarians - 23
Miami, Florida ; David Cobb ran 26 times for 120 yards and 3 touchdowns to lead the Miami Sharks to a 37-23 victory over the Birmingham Barbarians.
Zach Collaros completed 16 of 26 passes for 166 yards and a touchdown , with one interception . Tajae Sharp had 9 receptions for 98 yards. SJ Green caught 4 passes for 46 yards and a score for the Sharks.
Trevor Harris threw for 253 yards and a touchdown while completing 19 of 37 passes . He threw one interception and was sacked 3 times .
Rex Burkhead ran 18 times for 110 yards and a touchdown . Nic Grisby had a touchdown run ,rushing for 4 yards on 2 carries. Casey Pierce had 5 receptions for 89 yards . Paul McRoberts had a touchdown reception, catching 3 passes for 62 yards for the Barbarians.
(10-1) Louisville Thoroughbreds - 29 (6-5) Memphis Hound Dogs - 28
Louisville, Kentucky; Bo Levi Mitchell tossed a 4 yard touchdown pass to Josh Stewart with forty seconds remaining as the Louisville Thoroughbreds escaped with a 29 -28 victory over the Memphis Hound Dogs at PaPa John's Cardinal Stadium Saturday .
Mitchell completed 22 of 38 passes for 240 yards and a touchdown. He threw one interception and was sacked once. Ray Rice ran for 123 yards on 24 carries . Corey Grant ran 6 times for 45 yards and a score. Ryan Spadola caught 5 passes for 99 yards . Josh Stewart had 5 receptions for 44 yards and a score. Cameron Meredith had 6 catches for 71 yards. Josh Brown went 5 for 5 on field goal attempts . Cameron Lawrence led the defense with 9 tackles, 1 stuff and a hurry.
Ricky Ray led Memphis, completing 15 of 27 passes for 232 yards and 3 touchdowns . He was sacked 3 times.
Cameron Artis Payne ran for 57 yards on 13 carries. Tim Hightower ran 6 times for 18 yards and a score . Ryan Smith caught 5 passes for 142 yards and 2 touchdowns. La'Damian Washington had 4 catches for 48 yards and a score. Dorian Williams led the defense with 14 tackles.
(9-2) Chicago Stags - 24 (4-7) Michigan Panthers - 20
Detroit, Michigan; Roger Lewis caught 5 passes for 154 yards including a 66 yard touchdown reception to lift the Chicago Stags to a 24-20 victory over the Michigan Panthers at Ford Field Saturday .
Brandon Doughty threw for 351 yards and 2 touchdowns. He threw 2 interceptions and was sacked twice.
Alfred Morris ran 20 times for 115 yards and a score. Willie Snead had 9 receptions for 123 yards and a touchdown. Ray Ray Armstrong led the defense with 9 tackles and a forced fumble .
Michigan quarterback Cody Kessler completed 21 of 34 passes for 201 yards and a touchdown . He was sacked 6 times.

Houston, Texas: Jeff Driskell threw for 264 yards and 2 touchdowns as the Los Angeles Pharaohs slipped by the Houston Wranglers 27-24 before only 14,222 at TDECU Stadium in Houston .
Jay Ajayi ran 10 times for 110 yards and a score ,plus caught 6 passes for 54 yards. Jo Don Duncan caught 5 passes for 66 yards and a score . Mario Alford had 4 catches for 52 yards and a score. Caleb Sturgis went 2 for 2 on field goal attempts.
Blake Sims completed 17 of 34 passes for 225 yards. He was sacked 5 times . Kapri Bibbs ran 15 times for 93 yards and 3 touchdowns. Jamison Crowder caught 6 passes for 75 yards for the Wranglers.
(4-7) San Antonio Mustangs - 32 (0-11) Utah Mammoths - 26
Salt Lake City , Utah; Tajh Boyd threw for 331 yards and 4 touchdowns in leading the San Antonio Mustangs past the winless Utah Mammoths at Rice-Eccles Stadium Saturday night. He was sacked 4 times.
Marshaun Coprich ran for 98 yards on 15 carries, plus had 3 catches for 30 yards and a score . TJ Jones had 5 receptions for 131 yards and 2 touchdowns. Adarius Bowman caught 5 passes for 148 yards. Kenneth Farrow had a touchdown reception , catching 2 passes for 13 yards .
Dak Prescott returned as starter for the Mammoths , throwing for 279 yards and a touchdown on 22 of 42 passing . He was sacked twice .
Devontae Booker ran 10 times for only 39 yards and a score . DeAndre Carter had 5 receptions for 104 yards and a touchdown for the Mammoths who slip to 0-11 on the season.
