Tampa, Florida:  Drew Willy threw two touchdowns and Aaron Jones ran for two scores as the Oakland Odyssey advance to the Metropolitan Conference Championship with a 28-7 thrashing of the Tampa Bay Barracudas at Raymond James Stadium Saturday afternoon.

Oakland took a 7-0 lead as Drew Willy connected with Jeremy Gallon on a 7 yard touchdown pass with twenty one seconds remaining in the first quarter.

Oakland made it 14-0 with fifty one seconds remaining in the first half as Drew Willy tossed his second touchdown, this time to Tim Wright from five yards out.

With 8:17 left in the third stanza Aaron Jones ran in from five yards out, pushing Oakland's lead to 21-0.   Oakland put the game away early in the fourth quarter as Aaron Jones powered in from eight yards out, giving the Odyssey a commanding 28-0 lead.

The Barracudas avoided the shutout as Brad Kaaya tossed a six yard touchdown pass to Kyran Moore with 3:17 remaining in the contest.  The Barracudas were held to only 124 yards total offense and only nine first downs.

Drew Willy completed 18 of 22 passes for 153 yards and 2 touchdowns with 1 interception. He was sacked 3 times.  Aaron Jones rushed for 84 yards and 2 touchdowns on 18 carries. Jeremy Gallon caught 6 passes for 55 yards and a score. Tim Wright caught 4 passes for 23 yards and a touchdown for Oakland. Hau'oli Kikaha recorded 2 sacks and six tackles in the win.

Brad Kaaya threw for only 74 yards and a touchdown on 13 of 27 passing with 3 interceptions and sacked 3 times for the Barracudas.  Jay Ajayi ran only 9 times for 51 yards and  James Romain recorded 10 tackles in the loss.

Tampa Bay finishes the year at 11-6.  Oakland moves to 13-5.

Line:  Birmingham Suns by 3



Birmingham, Alabama:  Devonta Freeman ran for 92 yards and 3 touchdowns on 15 carries to lead the Birmingham Suns to a 35-0 shut out of the Los Angeles Stars Saturday night at Legion Field in Birmingham.

The Suns ( 12-5 ) will now advance to the Divisional round against the winner of New York and Omaha game next week.

Los Angeles finishes the year at ( 9-8 ).
