New York Red Raiders  ( 10-7 )- 23   St. Louis Stallions  ( 10-7 ) - 0



New York:  Matt McGloin threw for a touchdown and Justin Stockton ran for a score as the New York Red Raiders shut out the St. Louis Stallions 23-0 before 33,711 at Michi Stadium in New York Saturday.

After a scoreless first quarter, New York got on the board first as Brett Maher connected on a 47 yard field goal to give New York a 3-0 lead with 2:12 remaining in the first half.

After a quick three and out by St. Louis,  New York extended their lead to 10-0 as John Stockton ran in from five yards out. That is where the score stood at the half.

New York made it 13-0 with 9:52 in the third quarter as Brett Maher hit from 28 yards out. After a St. Louis punt, Matt McGloin found Clay Harbor in the endzone from two yards out to give the Red Raiders a commanding 20-0 lead with 4:45 remaining in the third.

Then Otaro Alak intercepted a Robert Griffin III pass setting up a Brett Maher's third field goal of the game, this time from 31 yards out as the New York Red Raiders went on to defeat the St.Louis Stallions 23-0 to advance to the Divisional Round next week.

New York improved to 10-7, while St. Louis finished at 10-7 on the year.

Oakland Odyssey  ( 12-5 )- 19   Orlando Rockets  ( 9-8 )- 10



Oakland, California:  KJ Dillon picked off a pass and returned it 56 yards for a touchdown as the Oakland Odyssey grounded the Orlando Rockets 19-10 before 30,111 at Oakland Alameda Coliseum in Oakland Saturday night.

Oakland drew first blood as Lance Geesey hit on a 33 yard field goal giving the Odyssey an early 3-0 lead. With 2:36 remaining in the half, KJ Dillon picked off a Joshua Dobbs pass and returned it 56 yards for a touchdown pushing Oakland to a 10-0  lead.

Oakland made it 13-0 as Lance Geesey made his second field goal, this time from 38 yards out.

Orlando would answer back on their next possession as Joshua Dobbs tossed a 68 yard bomb to Ryan Balentine making the score 13-7 Oakland.  Orlando closed the gap even further with 2:21 remaining in the first half as Lewis Ward hit from 26 yards out to make the score, Oakland- 13  Orlando- 10 at intermission.

Oakland would shut the door on the Rockets as their defense stiffened and  Lance Geesey added two more field goals as the Odyssey advances to the Divisional Round next week.

Oakland moves to 12-5, while Orlando finishes at 9-8 on the year.
