Detroit, Michigan; Bo Levi Mitchell completed 19 of 25 passes for 275 yards and a touchdown, as the Louisville Thoroughbreds defeated the Michigan Panthers handily 34-14 before 31, 588 at Ford Field in Detroit Sunday night.
Zack Stacy ran for 64 yards and 3 touchdowns on 18 carries. Ryan Spadola caught 6 passes for 128 yards and a score for the Thoroughbreds as they improve to a league best 13-1. Kalen Reed led the defense with 8 tackles
Cody Kessler led Michigan, throwing for 2 touchdowns on 21 of 36 passes for 234 yards. He was sacked once. Pharoh Cooper had 5 receptions for 86 yards and 2 touchdowns. Darrin Pete had 7 receptions for 70 yards. Will Compton and Keenan Robinson each had 7 tackles to lead the Panthers defense as they fall to 6-7.
