A. F. F. A. SUNDAY WRAP UP! Week Thirteen
( 12-1) Louisville - 34 ( 9-4) Dallas - 31
Dallas, Texas: Bo Levi Mitchell threw a 5 yard touchdown to Zack Stacy with 4: 02 remaining to lift the Louisville Thoroughbreds (12-1) past the Dallas Outlaws 34-31 before a sold out Gerald J Ford Stadium crowd.
Bo Levi Mitchell threw for 274 yards and 4 touchdowns, while completing 19 of 41 passes. He was sacked 3 times. Zack Stacy ran 11 times for 85 yards, plus a touchdown reception. Josh Stewart had 6 receptions for 116 yards and a touchdown. EJ Bibbs caught 3 passes for 62 yards and 2 scores.
Dallas was led by Mike Reilly, who completed 21 of 41 passes for 356 yards and 3 touchdowns. He threw one interception and was sacked three times. Jasper Collins had 3 catches for 77 yards and 2 touchdowns to lead the Outlaws.
( 8-5) San Antonio - 25 ( 7-6) New York - 23 ( OT)
Brooklyn, New York: Ed Stinson sacked Johnny Manziel in the end zone for a safety with 4: 47 remaining in overtime to lift the San Antonio Six-Shooters past the New York Emporers 25 - 23 at MCU Park Stadium Sunday afternoon.
Tajh Boyd completed 20 of 34 passes for 284 yards and 2 touchdowns. He was sacked 4 times. Marshaun Coprich ran 10 times for 46 yards. Jamaal Jones caught 5 passes for 104 yards and a score. Jack Doyle also had a touchdown reception for the Six-Shooters who improve to 8-5.
Johnny Manziel threw for 352 yards and 2 touchdowns, plus ran for 57 yards on 6 carries. He threw one interception and was sacked 7 times. Nick O'Leary had 6 catches for 97 yards and a score as New York falls to 7-6.
(5-8) Philadelphia - 40 ( 6-7) Orlando - 34 ( OT)
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania: Tank Carter intercepted a Tim Tebow pass and returned it 28 yards for a touchdown with 1: 54 remaining in overtime to lift the Philadelphia Bulldogs past the Orlando Vipers 40-34 at Lincoln Financial Field Sunday.
Alex Tanney threw for 316 yards and 2 touchdowns. He was sacked twice. John Crockett ran for 85 yards and 2 scores on 21 carries. Khari Lee and D'Haquille Williams each had a touchdown reception to lead the Bulldogs ( 5-8).
Tim Tebow completed 16 of 27 passes for 275 yards and 3 touchdowns. He threw 2 interceptions and was sacked three times. He also ran 9 times for 54 yards. Alex Collins ran 20 times for 93 yards and a score. Isaiah Burse had 6 receptions for 108 yards and a touchdown. Percy Harvin and Corey Washington also had a touchdown reception as Orlando drops to 6-7.
( 6-7) Miami - 27 ( 4-9) Omaha - 20
Miami, Florida: Zack Collaros completed 18 of 28 passes for 332 yards and 2 touchdowns plus a touchdown run to lead the Miami Sharks to a 27-20 victory over the Omaha Bulls.
Tajae Sharp caught 8 passes for 105 yards and a touchdown. SJ Green caught 2 passes for 101 yards including a 97 yard touchdown reception to lead the Sharks.
Rakeem Cato led Omaha completed 20 of 35 passes for 209 yards and 2 touchdowns. He was sacked twice. Trent Richardson ran 13 times for 69 yards, plus caught 9 passes for 79 yards and a touchdown. Fred Davis caught 3 passes for 31 and a touchdown in the loss.
( 8-4) Chicago - 23 ( 3-10) Sacramento - 16
Chicago, Illinois: Brandon Doughty completed 27 of 40 passes for 334 yards and a touchdown as the Chicago Stags defeated the Sacramento Crusaders 23-16 before 28, 000 at Soldier Field Sunday.
Alfred Morris ran for 105 yards and a touchdown on 23 carries. Willie Snead caught 8 passes for 157 yards and a score as the Stags move to 8-4.
Trevon Boykin completed 15 of 28 passes for 208 yards and a touchdown. He was sacked 4 times. Vic Ballard ran 8 times for 59 yards. Stevan Ridley ran for a score, while rushing for 16 yards on 4 carries. Austin Hill had 7 receptions for 129 yards and a touchdown reception in the loss.
( 4-9) Arizona - 30 ( 7-5) Denver - 27
Denver, Colorado: Ray Graham ran for 98 yards and a touchdown on 19 carries to guide the Arizona Scorpions to a 30-27 upset victory over the Denver Miners before 40, 000 at Mile High.
Ryan Nassib threw for 262 yards and a touchdown. He was sacked twice. Tommy Shuler had 9 catches for 125 yards. Rashad Green had a touchdown reception, catching 4 passes for 27 yards.
Vad Lee led Denver completing 22 of 36 passes for 220 yards and 2 touchdowns. Antonio Andrews ran 14 times for 98 yards. Keyarris Garrett had 6 catches for 75 yards and a touchdown in the loss.
( 6-7) Memphis - 34 ( 6-6) Michigan - 31
Detroit, Michigan: Ricky Ray threw a three yard touchdown pass to Austin Collie with : 42 left to lift the Memphis Knights to a 34-31 victory over the Michigan Panthers before 29, 200 at Ford Field.
Cameron Artis-Payne ran 11 times for 59 yards and a touchdown. Austin Collie caught 9 passes for 86 yards and 3 scores for the Knights in the win.
Cody Kessler led the Panthers throwing for 356 yards and 3 touchdowns, while completing 21 of 36 passes. Andre Ellington caught 9 passes for 132 yards and 2 touchdowns. Darrin Pete had 6 catches for 105 yards and a score. Marqui Christian recorded 12 tackles and a sack to lead the defense.
