Norman, Ok:  Aaron Murray completed 10 of 20 passes for 138 yards and 3 touchdowns with 1 interception as the Oklahoma Gunslingers (1-0) defeated the Philadelphia Stars (0-1) 27-13.

Louisville, Ky:  Connor Cook threw for 376 yards and 3 touchdowns with 1 interception to lead the Milwaukee Warriors (1-0) to a 35-34 victory over the Louisville Thoroughbreds (0-1) Saturday at PaPa John's Cardinal Stadium. Thaddeus Moss had 6 receptions for 136 yards and 2 touchdowns.

Detroit, Michigan:  William Powell ran 11 times for 53 yards and 2 touchdowns, plus 5 receptions for 75 yards as the Carolina Redwolves (1-0) topped the Michigan Stags (0-1) 35-27. Brandon Bridge completed 22 of 37 passes for 278 yards and an interception in the win.

Atlanta, Georgia:  Nick Arbuckle threw for 229 yards and 2 touchdowns on 23 of 34 passing, in guiding the Atlanta Swarm ( 1-0) to a 31-14 victory over the Phoenix Firebirds at Bobby Dodd Stadium Saturday.

San Francisco, Ca:  Mike Reilly completed 24 of 34 passes for 296 yards and 3 touchdowns with 1 interception as the Dallas Wranglers (1-0) defeated the San Francisco Sharks ( 0-1) 31-16. Derrick Ross ran for 84 yards on 19 carries for the Wranglers.

Washington, DC:  Cardale Jones completed 12 of 16 passes for 209 yards and 2 touchdowns as the Washington Generals (1-0) crushed the Utah Grizzlies (0-1) 40-17 Sunday afternoon. Thomas Rawls ran for 1 touchdown and caught another, finishing with 82 yards rushing on 22 carries, and 2 catches for 32 yards in the win for Washington.

Bossier City, Louisiana:  Alvin Kamara ran 18 times for 105 yards and two touchdowns, plus caught 3 passes for 61 yards and two touchdowns, as the Shreveport Pirates (1-0) defeated the Connecticut Colonials (0-1) 35-34 at Independence Stadium in Bossier City.

Chicago, Illinois:  Vad Lee threw for 233 yards and 3 touchdowns with 2 interceptions as the New York Empire ( 1-0) knocked off the Chicago Crusaders 35-24 at Soldier Field Sunday.

Columbus, Ohio:  Devin Singletary ran 28 times for 112 yards and a touchdown and Zach Collaros threw for 3 touchdowns as the Houston Marshals (1-0) defeated the  Columbus Flight 34-17 before a capacity crowd at Mapfre Stadium in Columbus.

San Diego, California:   Tyree Jackson threw for 293 yards and a touchdown on 19 of 29 passing, and Dax Raymond caught 6 passes for 123 yards as the Birmingham Freedom ( 1-0) defeated the San Diego Diablos 22-13.

Memphis, Tn:  Chris Carson rushed for 85 yards and 3 touchdowns on 20 carries as the Memphis Kings (1-0) slipped by the Arkansas Diamonds (0-1) 37-30 Sunday.

INVADERS RIP SCOUTS 24-6 IN A.F.F.A SEASON OPENER FRIDAY NIGHT!

Oakland Invaders (1-0)- 24  St.Louis Scouts ( 0-1)- 6

St.Louis, MO:  Aaron Jones ran 18 times for 62 yards and a touchdown, plus 5 catches for 57 yards as the Oakland Invaders roughed up the St.Louis Scouts 24-6 before a near capacity crowd at the Dome At America Friday night. 

Cody Fajardo completed 20 of 37 passes for 251 yards and two touchdowns with two sacks. Ricky Collins Jr. had 6 receptions for 92 yards and a touchdown.  Robert Foster had 4 catches for 56 yards and a score. 

Gerald Hodges recorded 8 tackles and a forced fumble. Sam Acho had 6 tackles and a interception. Dre Greenlaw had 3 tackles and a interception to lead the Invaders defense. 

St. Louis quarterback Gunner Kiel completed 12 of 25 passing for 127 yards and 3 interceptions. Trevor Moore connected on 2 of 2 field goals with a long of 46, for the Scouts only points of the game.

Les Moss To Guide Sharks!

 



San Francisco, CA:  The San Francisco Sharks have announced the hiring of Les Moss as their head football coach. 



The announcement came yesterday afternoon at a press conference at the franchices headquarters in the Bay area.

Moss has recently coached in the Arena and Indoor Football leagues both as a Offensive Coordinator and head coach. His most recent stint being, head coach of the Iowa Barnstormers of the Indoor Football League ( IFL ).

Mississippi Hires Head Coach

 



Jackson, Mississippi:  The Mississippi Pride officially announced the hiring of Terry Robiski as the the teams head football coach. 

Talks between Robiski and the Pride have been on going for about a week. 



He has served as an assistant coach for several NFL franchises including, Miami, Tennessee, Las Vegas Raider and Washington to name a few. 

He has a 2-6 head coaching record.

NEW HEAD WRANGLER!

 








Dallas, Texas:  Former Oklahoma Sooner head coach and legend Bob Stoops has agreed to terms with the AFFA's  Dallas Wranglers to become the team's head coach. 

Stoops will replace Skippy Brown who has retired. 

More news about the hiring will be announced as more details are revealed.
