Omaha,Nebraska;   Rakeem Cato threw for 143 yards and two touchdowns in leading the Omaha Express to a 20-6 win over the New York Red Raiders in a Empire Conference Divisional Round playoff game at TD Ameritrade Park in Omaha Sunday.

The Express will entertain the Birmingham Suns at TD Ameritrade Park for the Empire Conference Championship.

Chicago, Illinois;   Kareem Hunt ran for 132 yards and 2 touchdowns on 17 carries as the Louisville Cougars took down the Chicago Crusaders 20-14 in a Metropolitan Conference Divisional Round playoff game Sunday night in Chicago.

Louisville improved to 12-5 and will travel to Oakland to take on the Oakland Odyssey in the Metropolitan Conference Championship game next week.

Chicago finishes at 13-4.

Tampa, Florida:  Drew Willy threw two touchdowns and Aaron Jones ran for two scores as the Oakland Odyssey advance to the Metropolitan Conference Championship with a 28-7 thrashing of the Tampa Bay Barracudas at Raymond James Stadium Saturday afternoon.

Oakland took a 7-0 lead as Drew Willy connected with Jeremy Gallon on a 7 yard touchdown pass with twenty one seconds remaining in the first quarter.

Oakland made it 14-0 with fifty one seconds remaining in the first half as Drew Willy tossed his second touchdown, this time to Tim Wright from five yards out.

With 8:17 left in the third stanza Aaron Jones ran in from five yards out, pushing Oakland's lead to 21-0.   Oakland put the game away early in the fourth quarter as Aaron Jones powered in from eight yards out, giving the Odyssey a commanding 28-0 lead.

The Barracudas avoided the shutout as Brad Kaaya tossed a six yard touchdown pass to Kyran Moore with 3:17 remaining in the contest.  The Barracudas were held to only 124 yards total offense and only nine first downs.

Drew Willy completed 18 of 22 passes for 153 yards and 2 touchdowns with 1 interception. He was sacked 3 times.  Aaron Jones rushed for 84 yards and 2 touchdowns on 18 carries. Jeremy Gallon caught 6 passes for 55 yards and a score. Tim Wright caught 4 passes for 23 yards and a touchdown for Oakland. Hau'oli Kikaha recorded 2 sacks and six tackles in the win.

Brad Kaaya threw for only 74 yards and a touchdown on 13 of 27 passing with 3 interceptions and sacked 3 times for the Barracudas.  Jay Ajayi ran only 9 times for 51 yards and  James Romain recorded 10 tackles in the loss.

Tampa Bay finishes the year at 11-6.  Oakland moves to 13-5.

Birmingham, Alabama:  Devonta Freeman ran for 92 yards and 3 touchdowns on 15 carries to lead the Birmingham Suns to a 35-0 shut out of the Los Angeles Stars Saturday night at Legion Field in Birmingham.

The Suns ( 12-5 ) will now advance to the Divisional round against the winner of New York and Omaha game next week.

Los Angeles finishes the year at ( 9-8 ).

Louisville, Kentucky;   Bo Levi Mitchell threw two touchdowns and Kareem Hunt rushed for 117 yards and a touchdown on 18 carries as the Louisville Cougars defeated the Las Vegas Bandits 24-14 in a Metropolitan Conference Wild-card game Sunday at Papa John's Cardinal Stadium.

Louisville ( 12-5 ) advance to face the Chicago Crusaders in the Divisional Round in Chicago.

Las Vegas Bandits finish the year at ( 9-8 ).

Los Angeles, California;   Channing Stribling recorded a 40 yard fumble recovery for a touchdown and Muhammad Wilkerson recorded a safety as the Los Angeles Stars topped the Oklahoma Roughnecks 8-0 in a defensive slugfest in a Empire Conference Wild Card game at Dignity Health Park in Carson Sunday night.

Kwon Alexander recorded 7 tackles, 2 sacks and a interception for the Stars. Taylor Loffler also had 7 tackles in the win. Channing Stribling had 6 tackles and a sack.

Los Angeles ( 10-7 ) now advance to play the Birmingham Suns in the Divisional Round next weekend.

Oklahoma Roughnecks finish at ( 9-8 ).

New York:  Matt McGloin threw for a touchdown and Justin Stockton ran for a score as the New York Red Raiders shut out the St. Louis Stallions 23-0 before 33,711 at Michi Stadium in New York Saturday.

After a scoreless first quarter, New York got on the board first as Brett Maher connected on a 47 yard field goal to give New York a 3-0 lead with 2:12 remaining in the first half.

After a quick three and out by St. Louis,  New York extended their lead to 10-0 as John Stockton ran in from five yards out. That is where the score stood at the half.

New York made it 13-0 with 9:52 in the third quarter as Brett Maher hit from 28 yards out. After a St. Louis punt, Matt McGloin found Clay Harbor in the endzone from two yards out to give the Red Raiders a commanding 20-0 lead with 4:45 remaining in the third.

Then Otaro Alak intercepted a Robert Griffin III pass setting up a Brett Maher's third field goal of the game, this time from 31 yards out as the New York Red Raiders went on to defeat the St.Louis Stallions 23-0 to advance to the Divisional Round next week.

New York improved to 10-7, while St. Louis finished at 10-7 on the year.

Oakland, California:  KJ Dillon picked off a pass and returned it 56 yards for a touchdown as the Oakland Odyssey grounded the Orlando Rockets 19-10 before 30,111 at Oakland Alameda Coliseum in Oakland Saturday night.

Oakland drew first blood as Lance Geesey hit on a 33 yard field goal giving the Odyssey an early 3-0 lead. With 2:36 remaining in the half, KJ Dillon picked off a Joshua Dobbs pass and returned it 56 yards for a touchdown pushing Oakland to a 10-0  lead.

Oakland made it 13-0 as Lance Geesey made his second field goal, this time from 38 yards out.

Orlando would answer back on their next possession as Joshua Dobbs tossed a 68 yard bomb to Ryan Balentine making the score 13-7 Oakland.  Orlando closed the gap even further with 2:21 remaining in the first half as Lewis Ward hit from 26 yards out to make the score, Oakland- 13  Orlando- 10 at intermission.

Oakland would shut the door on the Rockets as their defense stiffened and  Lance Geesey added two more field goals as the Odyssey advances to the Divisional Round next week.

Oakland moves to 12-5, while Orlando finishes at 9-8 on the year.

Phillip Lindsay ran 16 times for 105 yards for Georgia. Keke Coutee had a 77 yard touchdown reception.
